Description
The item listed is a fused glass necklace that was handcrafted in my studio in Washington, NJ.
This necklace was created by using a combination of glass fusing techniques. The ancient relic appearance was created by using the science of chemical reactions. All glass was heated in a kiln to a full fuse.
After firing the piece was then cut using a ring saw and sanded on a grinder. I then added some liquid gold to add additional interest. Finally, it was put in the kiln again to be fire polished in order to set the gold luster and give the piece a final shine.
This necklace is approximately 1 inch X 1 3/4 inches and includes a 18 inch waxed cotton cord. It will ship in a lovely gift box with a satin ribbon.
